2. AI SEO Blog Subscription

Plans and Pricing

We offer a Standard subscription plan at $99/month that includes daily AI-generated SEO blog posts. Current pricing and plan details are displayed on our subscription page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Billing and Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error

Content Generation

  • AI-generated blog posts are created using your business information and website content as context
  • All generated content is provided as drafts for your review and approval
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure content quality but cannot guarantee specific SEO results or search rankings
  • Content generation occurs daily as part of your subscription plan

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription features until the end of the current billing period. Previously published content will remain live unless you request its removal.

3. Content Ownership and Licence

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to us, including business information, website content, and any materials submitted through our platform.

AI-Generated Content

Once AI-generated blog posts are approved and published, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use that content for your business purposes. We may retain copies of generated content for service improvement and quality assurance.

Our Content

All content on hanzweb.ae, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HanzWeb and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI SEO blog service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. Please be aware that:

  • AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or errors
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from factual errors, and you should verify any claims, statistics, or statements before publication
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from the publication of AI-generated content that you have approved

5. Website Crawling

As part of the AI SEO blog service, we crawl pages on your website to understand your brand, products, and services. By subscribing, you consent to this crawling activity. The data collected is used solely for generating content relevant to your business and is stored securely.

6. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use our services to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes illegal activities
  • Resell or redistribute our AI-generated content as a competing service

8. Business Directory

By subscribing to our services, your business may be listed in our public business directory. This listing includes your business name, description, industry, and website link. You may request removal of your listing from the directory at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HanzWeb, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability
