I'm Marcc — founder and lead developer at HanzWeb. I build web applications out of Business Bay, Dubai, and have been doing this professionally since 2016. My focus is the TALL stack: Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel, and Livewire. It is not the flashiest stack to talk about at conferences, but it ships real products fast and keeps them maintainable long after the excitement of launch fades.

I started HanzWeb because I kept seeing the same thing: businesses getting quoted enormous sums by large agencies, then waiting months for a website that could have been built in weeks. Or worse, getting handed a WordPress theme with a monthly retainer attached. I built this agency around the opposite model — tight scopes, clear pricing, and work that actually performs.

One thing that bothered me for years was watching small businesses lose organic search traffic simply because they could not keep up with content. Writing good blog posts takes time that most business owners do not have. That frustration turned into our AI SEO Blog platform — it generates properly optimised, brand-aware posts for each client and publishes them on a weekly schedule. Over 150 UAE businesses are using it now to grow their search presence without hiring a content team.

Outside of client work, I spend a lot of time with automation. Helping a business owner realise that a process eating two hours of their week can be replaced by a workflow that runs itself — that never gets old.
