Project Overview
Green Apple Attest provides document clearing and attestation services in the UAE — a process that involves verifying and authenticating documents for government, educational, and business use. I built greenappleattest.ae as a complete digital platform that automates the entire customer journey from initial inquiry to service delivery, with AI integration and multi-channel marketing automation.
The Challenge
Document attestation is a high-volume, time-sensitive business. Clients need fast responses, clear communication about their document status, and guidance on which attestation services they need. The company was managing leads manually, assigning agents through group chats, and sending follow-up messages one at a time. Marketing outreach to past clients was inconsistent and labor-intensive.
What I Built
AI-Powered CMS
The website runs on a custom CMS with AI integration. Content pages, service descriptions, and blog posts can be generated and optimized with AI assistance directly from the admin panel. This keeps the website fresh with SEO-friendly content without requiring the team to write everything from scratch.
Automated Lead Pipeline
When a potential client submits an inquiry through the website, the automation engine takes over. The system captures the lead details, analyzes the service request, and automatically assigns the lead to the most appropriate agent based on availability and specialization. Both the assigned agent and the customer receive instant notifications — the agent through the internal dashboard, the customer through WhatsApp and email confirmation.
Agent & Customer Notifications
Real-time notifications ensure no lead falls through the cracks. Agents receive immediate alerts when assigned a new lead. Customers get automated status updates as their documents move through the attestation process. This two-way communication runs through WhatsApp API and email, meeting customers on the channels they already use.
Marketing Automation
The system includes a marketing blast feature that reaches past clients and leads through both WhatsApp and email. Campaigns can be targeted by service type, location, or engagement history. This automated outreach has become a consistent source of repeat business and referrals.
Technical Architecture
The platform is built on Laravel with Livewire powering the reactive admin interface. Alpine.js handles form interactions and real-time UI updates. The WhatsApp API integration manages both transactional notifications and marketing messages. MySQL stores all lead, customer, and document tracking data. Background jobs handle the automation pipeline — lead assignment, notification dispatch, and marketing campaign execution — ensuring the web application stays responsive while processing tasks asynchronously.
Results
The automated pipeline eliminated manual lead assignment entirely. Response times dropped from hours to seconds. The marketing automation system turned a sporadic outreach effort into a reliable revenue channel that keeps past clients engaged and drives repeat business.
